Hotel between Colmar and Mulhouse

Amidst the plains of Alsace, the Domaine du Moulin hotel is located in Ensisheim, between Colmar and Mulhouse.

Ensisheim's heritage provides an insight into a rich past stretching from the furthermost reaches of the Neolithic period to modern times. Start your visit of the city with the Palais de la Régence. This regent's palace was built in the 16th century and has since been transformed into a museum that houses the meteorite that fell to earth in 1489; do not forget to go for a stroll along the ramparts.

Discover the castles, museums, quintessential villages and theme parks. Colmar is renowned for its arts and heritage, and provides visitors with a graphic summary of over 1,000 years of history. Get your stay off to a flying start by exploring the historic centre, a sprawling pedestrian precinct that simply begs for a stroll along the alleys winding through the picture-postcard districts. Then break away for a romantic escape in "Little Venice", where lovers can take to the River Lauch aboard a small boat. Gaze in awe at the rich collections housed in the city's four museums.

Set off in discovery of Mulhouse. Explore the city's historic pedestrian centre with its colourful façades, its Rhine Renaissance-style city hall, St. Stephen's Church with its 14th century stained-glass windows and numerous museums.
