La Villa du Meunier restaurant is spread over 5 beautiful rooms, all bright and overlooking the garden. A marvellous and peaceful setting close to nature for your gourmet getaway.

Inside, the tone is elegant and warm, with solid wood. One room has a beautiful fireplace and a superb Aubusson tapestry; the veranda is a green oasis with a clear view over the water. All the tables have flowers...

On sunny days, why not enjoy the pretty terrace which overlooks the water? Ideal for moments with family or friends in the peace and quiet of the leafy garden. The ducks and storks aren't far away...

The foie gras is offered cooked or raw, our hunted game is cooked in Fleischnacka, asparagus is served as a starter or accompanying a fillet of turbot, cheeses from the Vosges pastures, salmon cooked Alsace style...

The food at La Villa du Meunier is seasonal and adapted to available produce to offer aromatic and delicious food to the guests, with real flavours.

Every day, the food pays tribute to French gastronomy through good produce and generous dishes.

The La Villa du Meunier menu adeptly combines traditional Alsatian recipes - garnished sauerkraut, veal kidneys & Alsatian-style mustard - with the French culinary repertoire - foie gras with apricot and lavender chutney, turbot, rack of lamb, beef fillet, escargots, perfect eggs with morels, sweetbreads, scallop carpaccio with citrus... for a highly sophisticated gourmet meal.
